Description
You will lead the Sales Force Capabilities action plan and manage the full training curriculum for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Sales Force Capabilities action plan and coordinate the initial development program for new sales representatives.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Managers to implement coaching plans and embed a coaching culture.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and Medical teams to develop training plans for new product launches.
- Conduct competency gap assessments and manage continuous development plans for the sales force.
- Support Sales Manager growth by driving execution excellence based on established competency models.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in sales training or sales management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in sales training and sales execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.
- Ability to manage classroom training and field sales coaching.
- Experience in competency gap assessment and development program coordination.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Capacity for overnight travel.
- Residency in Gurugram, Haryana.
