Description

Manage, maintain, and oversee support for Salesforce Orgs and their environments from Texas.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve security policies, authentication protocols (OAuth), and coding standards.
• Manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including change control, version management, and CI/CD toolsets like Flosum.
• Execute data migrations, ensure data quality, and manage systems integrations with third-party applications and AppExchange products.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Troubleshoot complex system software and hardware incidents to recommend technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Apex triggers, Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with no-code configurations including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Strong command of core web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with web services and integration protocols: REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, or Jitterbit.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodologies.
• Experience managing data and metadata migration to new target orgs.
