You will lead enterprise-scale CRM and PRM implementation projects, bridging business requirements with technical Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale CRM and PRM implementation projects from requirements to delivery.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional Salesforce platform configurations.
• Apply Salesforce best practices to maintain platform integrity and data quality.
• Manage and configure Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years in a combined Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator role.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and architecture.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex PRM integrations and workflows.
