Description

Design and deploy autonomous Agentforce agents, MuleSoft integrations, and Salesforce customizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage MuleSoft Anypoint APIs and integrations connecting Salesforce to third-party systems.
• Develop Salesforce customizations using Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft to expose external APIs as agent actions.
• Configure Einstein Trust Layer guardrails, prompt templates, and grounding via Data Cloud.
• Lead code reviews, define integration standards, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL).
• 3+ years with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, CloudHub, API Manager).
• Experience building or configuring Agentforce agents with Topics, Actions, and Prompt Builder.
• Hands-on with DataWeave for complex data transformations.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and RAG/grounding patterns.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, and enterprise security models.
• Familiarity with Einstein Trust Layer and AI governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentforce Testing Center and utterance testing via CSV.
• Knowledge of Atlas Reasoning Engine behavior and prompt optimization.
