Requirements
4 or more years of experience designing and developing enterprise software solutions utilizing Salesforce OmniStudio.
Proficiency in core Salesforce development, advanced platform administration, and automated workflow configurations.
Experience with managing third-party application integrations connected directly to the Salesforce platform.
Experience in conducting regular internal system audits and preparing environments for scheduled platform upgrades.
Experience with leading Agile scrum ceremonies, product backlog grooming, and release management.
Experience in evaluating and enhancing vendor-delivered technical solutions and overarching application architectures.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse user communities and translate complex business needs into technical designs.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary system administrator and developer for enterprise-level Salesforce environments.
Execute core administrative functions including user account maintenance, custom workflow development, and reporting dashboards.
Manage the technical integration and data synchronization of external applications connected to Salesforce.
Partner independently with business users to define, document, and translate functional development requirements.
Facilitate productive backlog grooming sessions and coordinate the evaluation of new custom development requests.
Perform systematic platform audits and execute necessary preparations for scheduled Salesforce upgrades.
Act as a strategic liaison and technical advisor to bridge communication between business stakeholders and development
