Description

You will manage Salesforce administration, configuration, and development tasks. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain system integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-level configuration of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, formulas, and approval processes.
• Develop, test, and deploy Visualforce pages, Apex classes, triggers, and test classes.
• Support users with view creation, dashboards, custom report types, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Maintain data integrity through record merging, ownership transfers, and data importing via Data Loader.
• Deploy functionality from sandboxes to production environments and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce administrator experience.
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex code and Visualforce Pages.
• Expertise in Salesforce customizations, including email alerts and assignment rules.
• Hands-on experience with Data Loader for data export and import.
• Experience working within sandboxes and managing production migrations.
• Deep knowledge of Reports and Dashboards.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts on a need basis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
• Working knowledge of AppExchange products.
