Description

You will act as an Einstein specialist within the IT SFDC EMEA/APAC team to define the AI roadmap for Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Define the Einstein roadmap by providing suggestions and proposals to transition existing solutions to AI capabilities.
• Build demos of various Einstein proposals to support decision-making.
• Gather business requirements by interacting with end users and super users across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Care.
• Develop solution proposals using standard or customized Salesforce functionality to address business needs.
• Provide system administration support for the Salesforce.com instance and participate in IT SFDC projects.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Salesforce Einstein Certification.
• Hands-on expertise with several Einstein implementations.
• Proficiency with the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Einstein Analytics and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
