Define the Einstein AI roadmap for Sales and Marketing, translating business needs into AI-driven Salesforce solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define the Einstein roadmap by proposing transitions from existing solutions to AI capabilities.
• Build demos of Einstein proposals to support technical and business decision-making.
• Gather business requirements by interacting with end users and super users across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care.
• Develop solution proposals using standard or customized Salesforce functionality to address specific business needs.
• Provide system administration support for the Salesforce instance and participate in IT SFDC projects.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Salesforce Einstein Certification with hands-on expertise in multiple Einstein implementations.
• Proficiency with the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Einstein Analytics and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
