Description

You will manage and maintain the Salesforce environment to support evolving business requirements and marketing engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day administrative functions, including user account upkeep, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Automate business processes using custom objects, workflow rules, and functional customizations like picklist values and page layouts.
• Partner with stakeholders and marketing teams to translate business requirements into platform configurations.
• Manage data integrity and cleanliness to ensure customer information remains accurate.
• Develop documentation for processes, policies, and help resources, and conduct user training to drive adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proficiency in managing user accounts, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Experience configuring custom objects and workflow rules.
• Ability to modify page layouts and create mapping rules.
• Proven track record of maintaining data integrity.
• Bachelor's degree.
