Lead technical delivery and architectural design for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects.
• Architect and guide advanced customizations utilizing Sales and Service Cloud.
• Direct a team of 12-15 individuals on technical implementation and best practices.
• Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce CRM environments.
• Mentor team members in Cloud technology, integration patterns, and Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with integration patterns.
• 3-4 years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning UI, and Salesforce Governor limits.
• Expertise in performance optimization and Salesforce strategies.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (PD2) Certification.
• Experience designing business technology solutions for Nonprofit and Higher Education sectors.
