Description

Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform to support business processes and customer service execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Salesforce database, user records, sales records, and dashboards for optimal performance.
• Develop and manage reports on sales, utilization, workflows, and system errors.
• Execute all phases of the SDLC, including creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect on design decisions, best practices, work estimation, and resource planning.
• Mentor less experienced staff and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and system management.
• Proficiency in user management, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience with declarative logic, sandbox management, and backup solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce flows, record types, page layouts, formulas, and quick actions.
• Competency in using Data Loader and vetting AppExchange products.
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce.com Administrator, MuleSoft, API, ETL, and SDLC.
• Salesforce.com Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of governor limits, data skew, and external integrations.
• Experience with Digital Experience management and Custom Apps.
