Description

You will manage and optimize the Salesforce platform to support business processes and operational growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and code solutions to technical specifications.
• Lead design sessions and implement appropriate testing and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams on system configuration and solution design.
• Manage Salesforce user accounts, including granting, removing, and monitoring access.
• Perform data repairs and evaluate new Salesforce releases to coordinate upgrade readiness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Extensive experience in the Salesforce declarative environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and development.
• Ability to identify gaps between current and desired states and implement solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering user training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
