Description

You will manage the daily operations of the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability and user productivity. You handle user lifecycle management, configuration maintenance, and data integrity while supporting business processes across Accounts, Opportunities, and Quotes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts including creation, deactivation, and password resets.
  • Configure and maintain Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, page layouts, record types, and picklists.
  • Build and maintain Reports and Dashboards for business visibility.
  • Execute data imports and exports using Data Loader and monitor data quality.
  • Support Case and Lead assignment rules and manage Accounts, Opportunities, and Quotes lifecycles.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and standard objects.
  • Proficiency in Data Loader for bulk data operations.
  • Experience managing user access, security models, and permission sets.
  • Ability to support UAT activities and validate basic configurations.
  • Strong understanding of Reports and Dashboards.
  • Experience providing operational support in a 24/5 environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with T3 teams and developers for automation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Quotes configuration and lifecycle management.
