You will manage and optimize the Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Salesforce org, covering roles, profiles, permission sets, flows, automation, and governance.
• Oversee Flosum CI/CD deployments, release management, and version control.
• Lead data migration initiatives using Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into implemented Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, maintain stability, and implement scalable enhancements while ensuring documentation.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Org Management, Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Object Model.
• Practical experience with Flosum CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and release automation.
• Advanced knowledge of data migration tools, deduplication techniques, and data governance.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and performance optimization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
• Experience with ETL tools.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder certifications.
• Experience with API integrations or middleware tools.
• Lightning experience configuration and troubleshooting.
