Description

You will manage and maintain the Salesforce environment to ensure operational stability and support business workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and user profiles.
• Implement and maintain automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet specific business requirements.
• Monitor system security, manage data integrity, and oversee system upgrades.
• Coordinate data imports and exports using Data Loader and Dataloader.io, and manage third-party integrations.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
• Experience with data management and migration tools: Data Loader, Dataloader.io.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Ability to work across overlapping time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating complex data migrations and large-scale system upgrades.
