Description

You administer Salesforce and drive data hygiene and process improvements for enterprise CRM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce using declarative tools to support business operations.
• Lead large-scale data hygiene initiatives to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Perform root cause analysis on system issues and recommend data-driven process improvements.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and Snowflake to support business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of systems analysis experience.
• 2+ years of application or production support experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
• Experience with ETL processes and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as SOQL and Data Loader.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
