Description

You will manage the Salesforce platform with a focus on CPQ functionality and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage.
• Document and maintain operational processes and procedures related to the platform.
• Monitor and analyze system usage to ensure optimal platform utilization.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of Salesforce Administration experience including CPQ.
• Proficiency in SOQL and Apex programming.
• Experience with Lightning flows and the Lightning platform.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience with various deployment tools and deployment processes.
• Ability to import and export objects using Data Management Tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Revenue Cloud.
