Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Public Sector Solutions and core platform components.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Design data models, workflows, process builders, and Lightning flows to optimize business processes.
• Implement data migration strategies and ETL processes to maintain data integrity and integrate with external systems via APIs and middleware.
• Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers on technical best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least two years in a lead or senior role.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Knowledge of Salesforce SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs, and SQL/ORACLE.
• Familiarity with platform authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Must hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
