Manage and develop the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as System Administrator for Salesforce environments, handling user maintenance, workflows, and routine administrative tasks.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and custom controllers.
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests and application integrations.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements, facilitate backlog grooming sessions, and document system designs.
• Perform system audits, manage releases, and conduct testing of new features and functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building on the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Apex Programming, Visualforce, Custom Controllers, and Controller Extensions.
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and customizing the Salesforce User Interface.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Objects, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
• Knowledge of security implementation, including sharing rules at the object, field, and record levels, and SSO setup.
• Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and managing data flows between business systems.
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, and code versioning.

Preferred Skills

• Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve them upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree.
