You will administer, optimize, and develop solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform, including system integrations and user support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM functionality to ensure platform stability.
• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions and extensions.
• Implement and manage system integrations with external services.
• Provide technical user support and troubleshoot platform issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in CRM roles.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience as a CRM Developer with strong platform optimization knowledge.
• Deep understanding of CRM functionality and architecture.
