Description

You will manage Salesforce operations and support a nationwide CRM migration for 3,000 offices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and modify existing Flows and automations.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure integrity across Salesforce objects.
• Manage user access, security settings, and permission sets.
• Support reporting and dashboard creation based on the Salesforce data model.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect and VP of Product on requirement gathering and day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Salesforce Data.
• Familiarity with Flow.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to participate in triage and support for Salesforce-related issues.
• Strong communication skills for working with developers, customer support, and business leads.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
• Experience using Experience Cloud and Salesforce Core.
