Description

You will manage the Salesforce platform roadmap and deliver technical solutions aligned with global sales and events strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to transform business requirements into technical frameworks.
• Manage capital and operational projects, including SSO onboarding and data privacy reviews.
• Approve configuration and coded items for deployment as release manager.
• Consult on Sales Cloud integrations and recommend platform improvements to drive business value.
• Build experimental prototypes and proofs of concept to test new platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in CRM technology implementations and project leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com, SOQL, and Profile management.
• Experience managing Salesforce Campaigns, Events, and AppExchange product integrations.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets across multiple objects to establish a single source of truth.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for coordinating across multiple organizations.
• Active Salesforce certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of TicketManager, Cvent, or Jifflenow products.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
