You will manage the configuration, customization, and technical support of the Salesforce.com platform and Heroku.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform and Heroku.
• Analyze requirements, resolve production outages, and debug code.
• Test and deploy applications and systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to determine business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute testing, training, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms and Heroku.
• Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Unit Testing.
• Direct experience with CRM projects for middle market and enterprise companies.
• Core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with web services such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Experience with complex business systems integration and object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM.

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
