Description

You will manage the configuration, maintenance, and security of the Salesforce platform to support business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and process builders.
• Support continuous release processes by testing and validating new and existing features.
• Manage platform security and access via roles, public groups, and profiles.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and custom metadata apps.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and manage data migration tasks across multiple projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Change Sets and XML packages.
• Strong understanding of Metadata and Apex Data Loader.
• Working knowledge of SFDC architecture and integration approaches.
• Experience with CRM Analytics and third-party application integration.
• Proven ability to manage data migration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Technical knowledge of Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, controllers, and triggers.
• Experience with SSO, web services integration, and AWS tools such as AppFlow, S3, and Lambda.
