Description

You will develop and support applications on the Salesforce platform, owning the application lifecycle from requirement analysis through to release and maintenance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications on the Salesforce platform based on specific business requirements.
• Coordinate update releases, system changes, and the implementation of break/fix solutions.
• Organize, build, and validate code segments for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and configuration information throughout the application lifecycle.
• Identify and recommend improvements to development policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or platform administration.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies for iterative development.
• Proficiency with Waterfall methodologies for structured project execution.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce applications.
• Experience managing documentation and configuration changes effectively.
• Strong technical grasp of the Salesforce platform with the ability to self-study new features.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a matrix management environment.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Apex or Visualforce development.
