Description

You will administer and maintain the RightRev for Salesforce platform, managing feature enhancements, bug fixes, and system issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for revenue recognition, billing, and contract management.
• Develop Salesforce flows, custom objects, and validation rules with IT.
• Manage feature enhancement requests and bug fixes submitted via the Salesforce queue.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolve errors in revenue waterfalls, billing positions, and deferred revenue.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations or revenue systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with RightRev or similar tools like Zuora Revenue, RevStream, or Oracle RMCS.
• Skilled in system administration, problem resolution, and system enhancements.
• Familiarity with ASC 605/606 revenue recognition standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing administration.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
