Description

You will manage Salesforce environments, deployments, and system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployments, release activities, and sandbox environments.
• Oversee data operations, user access, and system integrations.
• Develop automations and process improvements using Apex and LWC.
• Resolve support requests and issues via ServiceNow ticketing.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide support for weekend maintenance and deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Proficiency with Apex and SOQL.
• Experience building with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on work with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with data load and deployment tools.
• Ability to handle support requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Git and DevOps practices.
