Description

You will manage and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning technology.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Customize applications and features using Object Manager, Lightning App Builder, and Process Builder.
• Build and maintain automated workflows, approval processes, and Process Builder flows.
• Manage data through importing, exporting, quality maintenance, and regular backups.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track sales and marketing performance.
• Support end-users through troubleshooting, training, and system documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Object Manager and Lightning App Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Process Builder and automated workflows.
• Expertise in data management, including imports, exports, and backups.
• Ability to build complex reports and dashboards.
• Experience managing Chatter groups and email templates.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
