Description

You will manage multiple Salesforce orgs and environments as a primary system administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Execute core administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Perform regular internal system audits and manage preparations for platform upgrades.
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and perform fit-gap analysis between platform functionality and requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide detailed level of effort estimates.
  • Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and development teams to document requirements and support change management.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and products.
  • Experience managing Page Layouts, security, and user profiles.
  • Proficiency with workflow configuration and validation rules.
  • Experience building and maintaining reports.
  • Ability to work independently to define and document development requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
