You will manage multiple Salesforce orgs and environments as a primary system administrator.
Responsibilities
- Execute core administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Perform regular internal system audits and manage preparations for platform upgrades.
- Manage Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and perform fit-gap analysis between platform functionality and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide detailed level of effort estimates.
- Act as a liaison between users, vendors, and development teams to document requirements and support change management.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and products.
- Experience managing Page Layouts, security, and user profiles.
- Proficiency with workflow configuration and validation rules.
- Experience building and maintaining reports.
- Ability to work independently to define and document development requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
