Description

You will manage multiple Salesforce orgs and environments as a primary system administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine administrative functions.
  • Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare environments for upgrades.
  • Oversee Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and new development requests.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide level of effort estimates.
  • Liaise between users, vendors, and application development teams to document requirements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce object configuration and Page Layouts.
  • Hands-on experience with security settings and user profiles.
  • Experience managing workflows and validation rules.
  • Ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Skill in performing internal system audits.
  • Capability to perform fit-gap analysis between platform functionality and requirements.
