You will manage multiple Salesforce orgs and environments as a primary system administrator.
Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and routine administrative functions.
- Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare environments for upgrades.
- Oversee Salesforce data feeds, integrations, and new development requests.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide level of effort estimates.
- Liaise between users, vendors, and application development teams to document requirements.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Proficiency in Salesforce object configuration and Page Layouts.
- Hands-on experience with security settings and user profiles.
- Experience managing workflows and validation rules.
- Ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Skill in performing internal system audits.
- Capability to perform fit-gap analysis between platform functionality and requirements.
