Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform to support business processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Assignment Rules, and Email Alerts.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business requirements.
• Build reporting dashboards to track activities and performance metrics.
• Own data integrity, governance, hygiene, and compliance processes.
• Document business processes and system requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency with Apex, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Experience with custom objects, web services, and dynamic layouts.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce configuration, data models, architecture, and security models.
• Management of user lifecycle, including roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Ability to manage complex data models and large datasets.
• Experience using migration tools and declarative solutions for platform enhancements.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce App Builder certification.
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as AutoRabit or Copado.
• Experience with ZoomInfo, RIVA, CAPIQ, or Tier1CRM.
