Description

You will own the system administration, ongoing development, deployment, and support of the Salesforce CRM and Rootsstock deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative functions including user accounts, security settings, data management, and workflows for 150+ users.
• Execute day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM, ERP, and Salesforce platform.
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests and manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations.
• Act as the primary liaison between users, vendors, and third-party implementors to deploy new business processes.
• Conduct regular internal system audits, prepare for upgrades, and assist in training new users to improve organizational skill sets.

Required Skills

• Minimum four years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, functionalities, and best practices.
• Ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, and custom views.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong data management abilities and experience with system implementations.
• Experience managing simultaneous requests and communicating complex requirements to all levels of an organization.
• Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 or ADM211) certification.
• Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong project management skills with a history of driving projects to completion.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or a similar field.
• Salesforce Developer certifications.
• Experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment.
