Description

You will manage the daily configuration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce environment and integrated third-party applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute point-and-click administration, including the creation and modification of apps, layouts, fields, formulas, and validation rules.
• Design and implement automated processes using Salesforce Flow.
• Manage and optimize the Experience Cloud site for external users.
• Lead the development of Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Own end-to-end project management for small to mid-sized projects and oversee the software development life cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow for process automation.
• Proficiency managing third-party applications including Conga, Mogli, Traction Rec, and Upace.
• Experience managing Experience Cloud sites.
• Ability to document customizations, business requirements, and training materials.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a complex tech stack.
• Bachelor's Degree.
