Description

You will manage and develop within the Salesforce platform, focusing on configuration and programmatic solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to refine and point user stories.
• Build and maintain automation using Flows, prioritizing configuration over custom code.
• Develop and manage Apex code, including triggers, batch classes, and scheduled jobs.
• Support release deployments and debug logs to maintain platform stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certification.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch, and Scheduled jobs.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and API callouts.
• Expertise in Salesforce security, including sharing and visibility settings.
• Knowledge of Apex limits and best practices for efficient coding.
• Experience with Custom Metadata and Custom Settings.
• Ability to manage Profiles, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
