You will manage Salesforce configuration and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions using custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to track business performance.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, manage data integrity, and handle user access.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Custom Objects, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Process Builder.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
• Strong analytical skills for process improvement and data collection.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
