Description

You will manage the configuration, support, and troubleshooting of the Salesforce Grants Management System application for State clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts by creating, modifying, and deactivating users, and assigning profiles and permission sets.
• Maintain the security and efficiency of the Salesforce org through regular administration and oversight.
• Oversee production support across Salesforce environments and implement solution deployments.
• Document application configurations, processes, policies, and user help materials.
• Analyze system performance to recommend process improvements and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Proven experience working with State clients.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience managing Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.
• Ability to implement Validation Rules.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience working with Health and Human Services Departments.
