Description

You will manage Salesforce platform configurations and support technical operations within an onsite-offshore model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute administrative configurations across the Salesforce platform.
• Operate within Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to maintain system stability.
• Support DevOps workflows and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Salesforce platform administration.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Strong communication skills for technical coordination.
• Any graduate degree.
• Experience with Linux, OCP, PCF, Kafka, or Azure AD.

Preferred Skills

• DevOps tooling including UCD, Jenkins, Jira, SQL, MongoDB, Logstash, and Elasticsearch.
• Infrastructure and middleware experience with Linux, OCP, PCF, Kafka, or Azure AD.
• Salesforce development certification or Wealth Management domain knowledge.
