You will administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability and alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Salesforce systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce usage.
• Assist with data management, reporting, and process automation.
• Provide training and user support to internal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong experience with Salesforce administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with CPQ.
• Hands-on expertise with Marketing Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with B2B Commerce, FSL, or Manufacturing Cloud.
• Salesforce certification(s).
