Description

Manage the Salesforce environment as the primary System Administrator and developer.

Manage all administrative functions including user account maintenance, workflows, and routine system tasks. Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirement definition and design to testing and deployment. Act as the primary liaison between business users and the application development team. Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and provide training to increase user adoption. Coordinate application integrations and perform regular internal system audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, workflows, and routine system administration tasks.
• Own the full development lifecycle from requirement definition to testing and deployment.
• Liaise between business users and development teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Facilitate backlog grooming and train users to drive adoption.
• Coordinate integrations with external systems and perform regular system audits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Standard/Custom Controllers, and Controller Extensions.
• Proficiency in configuring Objects, Junction Objects, Picklists, Formula Fields, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
• Experience implementing security and sharing rules at object, field, and record levels, including SSO setup.
• Expertise in Salesforce reporting, custom report types, and dashboard configuration for various user profiles.
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with data integration tools, APIs, and connecting Salesforce with external business systems.
• Competency in Javascript, CSS, and Visualforce for UI customization.

Preferred Skills

• Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve them upon hire.
