Lead technical design and architecture for complex Salesforce implementations within the Higher Education sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models and integration specifications.
• Perform code reviews and resolve architectural risks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data models, and governor limits.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience implementing complex Salesforce solutions for Higher Education advancement.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Higher Education-specific add-ons.
