Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce environments.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Agentforce and Agentic Force platforms.
• Proven experience with platform configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience implementing Agentic Workforce features.
• Ability to design and deploy customized Agentforce workflows.
• Strong background in optimizing customer service and sales operations via Salesforce.
• Any Graduate degree.
