Description

You will develop and pilot intelligent conversational agents using Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational agents using the Salesforce Agentforce framework.
• Build scalable agents that integrate with Salesforce Data Cloud to drive personalized engagement.
• Translate Marketing and Service Cloud requirements into automated agent workflows by collaborating with business teams.
• Conduct pilot implementations to evaluate Agentforce capabilities in live business scenarios.
• Configure and customize Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud to support agent interactions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Apex.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with Data Cloud integration concepts.
• Experience with conversational agent development.
