You will design, develop, and pilot intelligent conversational agents using Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent conversational agents using the Salesforce Agentforce framework.
• Build scalable agents that integrate with Salesforce Data Cloud to drive personalized engagement.
• Translate Marketing and Service Cloud requirements into automated agent workflows by collaborating with business teams.
• Conduct pilot implementations to evaluate Agentforce capabilities in live business scenarios.
• Configure and customize Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud to support agent interactions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Platform Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud integration patterns.
• Demonstrated experience with conversational agent development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying Agentforce solutions in production environments.
