Description

You will lead Salesforce development efforts and provide technical direction for Service Experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and technical best practices.
• Lead design and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Ensure implementations meet enterprise reference architecture, security, and performance standards.
• Own development outcomes in coordination with delivery leads and architects.
• Optimize the software development lifecycle by identifying and resolving inefficiencies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Platform development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ReactJS frameworks.
• Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, specifically Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of total professional experience.
