Skills: Required qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, including strong Salesforce development experience.Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Apex, LWC, Flow, and REST APIs.Practical understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and agent evaluation.Experience delivering production integrations and troubleshooting issues across connected systems.Familiarity with consumer lending processes, such as application intake, document collection, verification, servicing, and exception management.Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment practices.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with business users and deliver with limited oversight.Preferred qualificationsExperience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, and AutoRABIT.Previous delivery experience in banking or credit unions.Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or Platform Developer certification.Demonstrated experience taking an enterprise AI solution from prototype to production
