Description

You will lead enterprise-scale CRM and PRM projects as a Business Analyst and Administrator. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SDLC process, including scoping, timeline management, and requirements gathering.
• Document use cases, process flows, and swim lane diagrams to define system requirements.
• Configure platform features such as user management, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and custom objects.
• Build and maintain workflows, validation rules, flows, and Lightning pages.
• Execute user acceptance testing and manage change management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with administrative responsibilities.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality, specifically Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with flows, process builder, formula fields, and managed packages.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery models.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex datasets and using Salesforce data tools.
• Knowledge of system security, controls, and org-wide defaults.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
• Experience in Sales operations, partner management, and enablement.
