Description

Act as the bridge between business partners and technical teams to drive Salesforce system maturity in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping sessions with product owners.
• Document user stories with clear, actionable acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with data, architecture, and support teams to iteratively develop system capabilities.
• Liaise between core team members and partner teams to ensure alignment on technical changes.
• Use data mining and analytical findings to advise on strategy and direction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business, system, or data analysis.
• Strong data analysis and data mining skills.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and user story grooming.
• Ability to perform detailed gap analysis and process mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Mortgage or Financial Services industries.
