You will serve as a techno-functional resource supporting Salesforce implementations within the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to identify Salesforce technology opportunities.
• Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce applications.
• Manage day-to-day platform administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Lead requirement workshops using Waterfall or Agile delivery methods.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and technical environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Banking domain.
• Proven experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to function effectively as a techno-functional resource.
• Experience with Waterfall or Agile delivery methods.
