Description

As a Salesforce Analyst, you bridge functional Salesforce expertise with business process optimization to enhance quoting and ordering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements using Salesforce CPQ and existing quoting and ordering flows.
• Collaborate with the product owner to manage the backlog and process new requests.
• Write user stories in Jira to capture software feature descriptions from a user perspective.
• Develop test cases and perform Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
• Examine current business processes and policies to recommend and document improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a functional Salesforce role.
• Deep understanding of SFDC flows, including Opportunity management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to influence systems and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Align, Jira Software, or qTest.
