Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce CRM applications with deep integration to internal systems and AI components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.
• Manage developer teams across onshore and offshore locations to ensure delivery quality.
• Define and oversee technical solution architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot.
• Drive project delivery timelines and resolve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with general AI architecture and Snowflake data warehousing.
• Proven track record as a Technical Solution Architect or Delivery Manager.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
